Yes. We support full custom development from design file or physical sample. Our team will review the structure, material, and load requirements, then produce samples for your confirmation before bulk production.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom products?

Previously, our minimum order quantities typically ranged from a few thousand to several hundred thousand; now, to cater for mass-market brands and small sellers, we are able to keep them as low as possible.
How long does the custom sampling process take?

Sample development typically takes around 7–15 working days, depending on the complexity of the design. Once the sample has been approved, mass production will take a further 15 to 25 working days.
Can you help if we don't have a finished design yet?

Yes. We can provide design suggestions based on your garment type, brand positioning, and retail display needs. Our team also has over 30,000 existing design solutions available for reference.
What file formats do you accept for custom printing and logos?

We accept AI, PDF, CDR, and high-resolution image files. If you only have a physical sample or rough concept, we can also work from that to develop the final design.
